: wed like to inform you that we left your acommodaiton previously. I was trying to contact you by phone many times from the monning. The reasons of leaving are: - no way how to reduce temperature, the room was very warm - unpleasant noice during the night from radiator - no wifi - little bed for two persons - inadequate kitchen equipments - no direct light on the corridors Im expected a refund from your side. : Mostly all is ok l but the matress in the room n.3 where i was MUST be changed because the sleepping is impossibile.. it s very old and broken.The rest was all right.

: The location was great. It was easy to get from the office to the apartment and from the apartment to the castle, parliament building... and to take the tramway to get to the train station. I met my neighbor and she was very nice.
: The place isn't really clean, the curtains didn't stop the light that kept on turning on just in front of my window. There was a banging noise all night long which was quite annoying. It was impossible to get WiFi and with no WiFi impossible to contact the staff to get help unless I wanted to go back to the office which I didn't. There is a coffee shop at the park nearby that allows you to access free WiFi which compensated a bit. The last day the new comers where quite noisy and there was no hot water for a shower.

: Location is great, near the center
: We found a dead cockroach on our bed sheet, old smelly bread on one window. One of the windows cannot be open, sockets are almost out of the wall, beds are uncomfortabile and at least 30 years old. Oven is dirty, microwawe is dirty, forks, pans and everything is dirty, in the bathroom sink is loose and it is matter of time when it will brake. Not to manchion that we compare pictures and live situation, it is not what you see on pictures. Completley everything different
